Smooth Mornings

Develop a Smooth Transition for the Child from their Bedroom to the time that they start their School Day By;
1. Have yourself ready 15 to 20 minutes before going to get the Child by having any snacks or breakfast at the ready.
2. Have the Child get up and Dressed before leaving the bedroom.
3. Have the Child Sit on the Couch (to watch a cartoon), or at the Table to eat so they can decompress.
4. Get the Child ready for the Bus or to go out the door.
5. Alert the Child's Teacher and Staff that upon arrival of the Child, that they should let the Child slow down for 5 to 10 minutes before beginning the day.
 
This should allow the Child ample time to decompress and have a Fullfilled day.
The Child should be able to Cope with the days activities resulting in a better day for all concerned.
