Sleeping

Getting a Stable Sleep Routine;
(This ties into the B.M.)
1. 45 minutes before bedtime, Give the child an over-the-counter Sleep-Aid.
2. 20 minutes before bedtime, give the Child a Bath or Shower, then straight to bed.
3. Use Soft Music set as low as you can, but still can be heard and let play all night.
4. If you have any Fragrance oils (I.E.=Esential Oils) there are a few ways they can be used to Soothe the Child so they will sleep;
        A. Make a mix of 3/4 Water, 1 TBSP Baking Soda, 3 TBSP's of either Fabric Softner of Hair Conditioner, and a Favored Fragrance. Shake well and Spray onto the Bed Sheets.
        B. Mix 2 TBSP's Olive Oil or Corn Oils with Favored Fragrance and then at Bed-time rub on Child's Feet.
(Lavender is a preferred Scent)
