Regular B.M.'s

Set up a Routine, starting with;
1. Cool Down time (Relaxing). After Dinner, put a movie in and let the Child(ren) watch.
2. An Hour before the Child(ren)'s Bed Time, Administer an Over the Counter Pain Medicine.
3. 45 Minutes before the Child(ren)'s Bed Time, Give the Child(ren) 'Melatonin' Sleep Aid.
4. 15 Minutes before Bed Time, Have the Child select a special Toy (That will become an Indicator) that makes them Laugh and let them take it into the Bathroom with them.
5. Wait until you hear 'Giggles'.
6. Reward with a Shower and prepare them for Bed. (Sleep should occur within the Hour)

The Purpose of this is to establish a routine that is Rewarding to the Child, and that encourages the Child to prompt the parent with the 'special toy' that they have to have a B.M.
